According to Pipeline GM JED ROA it appears the status of both concerts is still up in the air. Check back for updates.
"Not sure yet for both shows. Will know on Sunday for Too Short. Atmosphere and E 40 are definitely on." in an e-mail received from ROA on 10/24.
