HONOLULU, HI – Honolulu nightlife hotspot, RUM FIRE at the Sheraton Waikiki, has announced that it will host a Pre-Grand Opening Celebration with a Mardi Gras 2008 reminiscent of a traditional Bourbon Street carnivale. The party will take place on Fat Tuesday, February 5th. Doors open at 6:00PM for the after-work crowd and will remain open until 2:00AM for the late-night party-goers and will feature Mardi Gras themed decorations and entertainment.
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Mardi Gras costume – the wilder the better for a chance to win a roundtrip ticket for two to Las Vegas for the Best Costume Contest!
Come with the most beads and the biggest beads to win more prizes.
Party-goers will be greeted at the main Rum Fire entrance adorned with purple, green and gold decorations. Attendees will be treated to the vivacious sounds of Mardi Gras as local band plays Jazz and Blues music.
Cover will include Mardi Gras Beads and Masks! Whoever has the most beads, the biggest beads will also win prizes!
